Growing University

One of the main purposes of the church is to train and educate God's people. We call this purpose: GROW. This purpose finds its root in Ephesians where the Apostle Paul writes,

When you come to Christ Community Church you will be encouraged to grow in every way more and more like Christ. The central way that we accomplish this purpose is through our Christian growth classes called Growing University, or Growing U. During the Spring and Fall Semesters we offer a wealth of classes that will deepen your commitment to Christ, and teach you how to live more like Him. The classes range from in-depth Bible studies, to courses on financial management. Some are geared towards men, while others invite our ladies to grow together. GROW isn't just about taking classes. As a Christ follower, it is vital that we grow more like Him every single day. This means that you will have to take ownership of your spiritual walk. To aid you in this process we hope that you will begin to practice spiritual disciplines. We call them Spiritual H.A.B.I.T.S. Habits is a simple acrostic to help you remember the disciplines that every Christian should acquire.
